Owned by Gladstone locals Jason Faint, Kellie Bebendorf and Danielle Cummings, Rocks@lt brings an inspired modern Australian cuisine to Gladstone along with stylish tapas (entrée-sized dishes) menu infused with flavours from around the world. Already impressing Gladstone diners, Rocks@lt Bar & Restaurant offer only the freshest food passionately composed by Executive Chef Jason Faint and his team. Jason was born and raised in Gladstone but has worked throughout Queensland and Europe in award-winning restaurants. Jason has now returned to his hometown with his partner Danielle and their son Aston. Danielle also has world experience. She has worked in London's high-end cocktail bars and is a professionally trained coffee barista. Danni runs the front-of-house team of broadly experienced wait staff and baristas who deliver excellent service in the relaxing, fun atmosphere Rocks@lt provides. Danni says, "We offer that extra bit of service that other restaurants tend to neglect. I have a great team who know that the customer comes first". Jason and Danni bring their extensive experience to their vision of Rocks@lt with business partner and sister, Kellie Bebendorf. Kellie has been a member of Gladstone's community her whole life. Being a mother of two young children, a wife to husband Craig and working two part-time jobs, Kellie already has her hands full. However Kellie has taken on her fourth job - Rocks@lt's Marketing Manager. Kellie is responsible for all accounts, book keeping and advertising. Rocks@lt is something for all occasions, from pancakes in the morning to Portugese chicken kebab for lunch and Atlantic salmon or tapas for dinner.
